Sessions waiting to draft
Facebook is the gate: a session drafts only when its photos are in the Facebook queue. Red cells mean that platform will post nothing for the session.
Sneak peek inbox
Folders Production dropped off. Intake only reads photos at the root of a folder in “001. Sneak Peeks Ready”.
Ready for intake
Picked up hourly by A8 Sneak Peek Intake.
Matches folder names as well as file names, so a gallery folder called “Christmas Tree Farm Minis” matches “tree farm” even when its files are IMG_1234.jpg. Only JPEG, PNG and HEIC files are shown.
Galleries
Folders that matched. Tap one to see its photos.

Run the engine now
Drafts one queued session per round, one round every 2½ minutes, up to 6 rounds. Each draft lands on the next open calendar day and emails you a review. Nothing posts without your approval.

Connections
The Airtable and Make tokens are secrets in Cloudflare (the Pages project → Settings → Variables and Secrets). Dropbox is connected once from here and the sign-in is kept on the server. Nothing is stored in this page.

About
PostAlready hosted, built Nov 1, 2026. Same jobs as the Mac app (PostAlready 2.6). Runs on Cloudflare Pages with its own passphrase sign-in, so it opens in any browser on any device. The Mac app and the claude.ai version keep working; all three read and write the same Airtable records.
